中石化突圍 要射兩箭 | 上市公司 | 股市 | 聯合新聞網
中石化（1本季優惠活動314）昨（24）日舉行股東會，通過每股擬派發股利1元，其中股票股利及現金股息各半，此為近六年來，中石化首度大力推薦CP值爆表配發股利。展望今年，中石化董事長林克銘對於市況看法保守，他表示美中貿易衝突、加上大陸同業擴增C特惠組合享好禮PL和AN產能逐漸開出，使產業景氣的不確定性升高。中石化接下來將以「石化本業」＋非逛不可僅此一檔「土地開發」雙主軸應戰。. } }); } 石化本業方面，中石化要推出高品質產品、優化現有營運能力、建立海外一貫化生產基地、並逐步導入AI技術到生產線。土地開發方面，中石化積極規劃及活化公司國內土地資產，其中位在高雄多功能經貿園區的第五特別區及第六特別區，將隨高雄市政府推動亞洲新灣區建設及205兵工廠的遷移時程，推動相關開發計畫。中石化也前進海外，利用大陸一帶一路戰略及東南亞新興市場崛起的契機，布局越南、緬甸等具投資潛力的地區，擬在當地進行土地開發計畫。中石化的主力產品己內醯胺（CPL）和丙烯睛（AN）去年前三季獲利穩健，但第4季受到美中貿易衝突加劇，衝擊下游市場需求，客戶提貨意願急凍，加上主原料苯酚價格維持高檔，壓縮公司獲利。中石化去年稅後純益42.8億元，年減三成，換算每股純益1.59元。不過為了回饋股東，中石化昨天股東會通過每股配發1元股利，包含股票及現金各0.5元。
川金會前 韓青瓦台召開安保促達協議
美國總統川普宣佈本月27日在越南舉行的第二次「川金會」後，南韓青瓦台立即舉行「國家安全保障會議」，為川金會提供支援，期待就完全無核化和構建和平機制達成協議。（王長偉 首爾報導）
南韓青瓦台方面表示，國家安全保障會議常任委員，就第二次「川金會」的準備情況以及美國國務院特別代表比根，赴平壤訪問進行工作協商的有關情況，進行了討論。會上決定對第二次「川金會」積極提供支援，促使美國與北韓在「川金會」中，就朝鮮半島完全無核化和恢復朝鮮半島永久和平達成具體和實質性協議。此次國家安保保障會議由國家安保室室長鄭義溶主持。
會議還就兩韓與國際奧會，將於本月15日在瑞士洛桑，舉行體育會談的有關對策，進行了討論。在體育會談中，與會各方將就兩韓組成聯隊，參加「2020年東京夏季奧運會」以及兩韓共同爭辦「2032年夏季奧運會」的有關問題進行協商。
另外，美國國務院對北韓政策特別代表比根，可望在平壤結束有關第二次美北「川金會」的實務協商，最早於今天返回首爾。外交消息靈通人士表示，比根在平壤就北韓落實無核化和美國相應措施等「川金會」的協議事項進行協商後，可能於今天返回首爾。比根在赴平壤訪問前曾表示，將首先向韓方說明在平壤的協商結果。
此前，日本媒體報導說，六方會談日方團長、日本外務省亞洲大洋洲局局長金杉憲治，於今天訪問首爾，與美國特別代表比根和南韓的朝鮮半島和平交涉本部本部長李度勳進行會晤。
